Not sure what to do right now? Read this firstA few taps. No phone call needed. Take your time — nothing is booked until you choose to pay.
A best guess is fine — we'll never quibble over a kilo.
We don't offer communal cremation. Individual is the only service we're willing to put our name to — your pet is cremated by themselves, and the ashes that come home are theirs. Not "mostly theirs". Theirs.
Made gently at the time of collection, and brought home with the ashes.
Both chosen — bundle price applied: £89 Save £9
Other keepsakes — engraved plaques, ashes jewellery, portraits — can be chosen in the days after the ashes come home. There's no need to decide tonight.
A few gentle things that help, whenever you feel ready. There's no rush.
Take your time. A few quiet minutes to say goodbye matter. Nothing needs to happen straight away.
Lay them on a towel or blanket. It's normal for a little fluid to be released after death — a towel underneath helps.
Keep them somewhere cool. The coolest room of the house, away from radiators and direct sun, is ideal until we arrive.
At the vet? The practice can keep your pet safely until we collect — just tell us which practice when you book.
Tell us where your pet is and we'll give you an exact price.
From your home or veterinary practice, day or night.
Your pet is individually identified and transferred securely to our cremation partner.
Your pet is cremated individually.
We return the ashes and any memorial items you've chosen.
A respectful cremation doesn't begin at the crematorium. It begins the moment we lift your pet.
Every pet travels in their own container, laid carefully beside — never on top of — another.
Our vehicles carry pets and nothing else — never any form of waste. It's one of the clearest differences between us and the bulk collections many veterinary practices rely on.
We handle your pet exactly as we would if you were standing beside us. Every collection, without exception.
If you'd like them collected in their own blanket, or with a small toy, just say — it stays with them.
And ultimately, the collection happens the way you want it to. Carry them to the vehicle yourself, say goodbye at the door, or not be there at all — tell us, and we'll follow your wishes.
From the moment we collect your pet, they are individually identified and tracked throughout their journey.
It was 2am and I didn't know what to do. They answered, they came, and they were so gentle with her. I'll never forget that.
Everything was exactly as they said — the price, the timing, and Alfie's ashes home within the week. Quiet, kind, professional.
I couldn't face phone calls. Being able to arrange it all online, at my own pace, meant more than they probably realise.

You don't have to coordinate collection, cremation and ashes return yourself.

Yes — always. Individual cremation is the only service we offer. Your pet is cremated entirely alone, and the ashes returned to you are theirs. We deliberately don't offer communal cremation.

Your pet is given a unique identification tag at collection which stays with them through every stage, including cremation. This documented chain of custody is how we guarantee the ashes you receive are your pet's.
