Most pets that die at a veterinary practice are collected on a scheduled round — several at a time, gathered into a van, processed in bulk. We think that's the wrong way to say goodbye to a member of the family.
So when we come, we come for one pet: yours. Collected by a person with time to stand with you, driven directly, and handed over by name.
